Trisha Cunningham is the newly appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the North Texas Food Bank. Prior to joining NTFB, Trisha had a distinguished career at Texas Instruments (TI), most recently serving as Chief Citizenship Officer. Through her work in this role, Trisha significantly expanded TI’s corporate citizenship work and philanthropic efforts, most notably increasing volunteer efforts 13 fold during her tenure. Because of Trisha and her team’s efforts, TI climbed up CR Magazine’s Top 100 Corporate Citizens annual rankings, coming in at number 15 on the list in 2017.

In addition to having a keen understanding of corporate culture, philanthropy and sustainability efforts, Trisha is also very well versed in marketing and communications, having served as a top communications leader for TI both locally and abroad.

Trisha has a vast amount of experience with local nonprofits and has an executive certificate in nonprofit management through the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance. Some of the boards and organizations she has been affiliated with include:

Trisha has earned numerous awards in recognition for her service to the community including:

Trisha has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in marketing and business from Murray State University. She and her husband, Greg, reside in Fairview (Collin County). They have two grown children, Chris and Carrie.

Simon Powell

Simon Powell is the Chief Operating Officer for the North Texas Food Bank.  A successful supply chain and operations executive, Simon has developed execution and strategic planning expertise through his prior experience with Fortune 100 companies.

In his role as COO, Simon manages all operations and information technology functions - and provides vision, leadership and management to ensure that the Food Bank has in place the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems.

Prior to coming to the North Texas Food Bank, Simon was at Hewlett-Packard where he managed the end-to-end replacement parts supply chain for North and South America. Before H-P, Simon was Director of Logistics for Samsung Telecommunications America, where he oversaw transportation, materials management and warehousing for all telecommunications products within the United States.

Simon was born in the United Kingdom and immigrated to the United States in 1995. He holds a MBA as well as a Masters in Theology from the University of Dallas. Simon is active within his church community and lives with his wife Angela and three children in Plano.

Colleen Townsley Brinkmann
Chief Philanthropy Officer

Colleen Townsley Brinkmann, CFRE, is the North Texas Food Bank's Chief Philanthropy Officer and oversees the strategic development and implementation of NTFB's philanthropy and donor services efforts. Prior to this position, Colleen served as NTFB's Chief Marketing Officer. While at Leadership Network, she was the Director of Communications and prior to that in a similar role for the Greater Dallas Community of Churches. For eight years she produced Faith Focus, a weekly faith and values program on KXAS-TV. 

A dedicated nonprofit professional with 26 years of senior management experience, Colleen started at NTFB in 2002 as the Director of Communications and quickly moved into the role of Chief Marketing Officer. After taking over the Special Events and Development teams, she was promoted to CPO. During Colleen's tenure at the Food Bank, NTFB's fundraising has grown exponentially with an increase in public support of 604%, from $2.6 million in 2004 to $18.3 million in 2016.

In 2013, Colleen received the Community Service Award from the Greater Dallas INDO-AMERICAN Chamber of Commerce, and is an alumna of Leadership Texas, Leadership Southwest and Leadership Garland. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2015. In 2011 and 2012 she received Feeding America's "Good to Great Marketing Program of the Year" and "Good to Great Fundraising Program of the Year", respectively. 

She served on Feeding America's Hunger Action Month task force, and on advisory boards for the Methodist Hospital System and Clear Channel. She is a former board member of both the Dallas Memorial Center for Holocaust Studies, Dallas HR Management Association and St. Stephen's Hospital USA Board.  Colleen currently serves on the American India Foundation/Dallas Chapter's council. A native of India, Colleen enjoys opportunities to connect with her heritage. 

She and her husband Barney live near downtown Dallas, and have three grown children, three grandchildren, and one "granddog" - a Frenchie. Colleen earned a BFA in Studio Art from SMU, which is reflected in her personal mission statement -- "Live life in neon."

Jeanne Clark
Vice President of Finance and Administration

Jeanne Clark is North Texas Food Bank's Vice President of Finance and Administration.  At the Food Bank she oversees the organization's accounting, tax, finance, real estate and general administration functions.  She manages the agency's annual budget that is supported by food industry donations, individual and corporate donors, and the USDA. 

Prior to her role at the NTFB, Jeanne served as Finance Director at Metrocrest Social Services, which provides food, rent and utility assistance, employment counseling and clothing.  She also has served in additional financial roles for a variety of for profits organizations.  Jeanne began her career at Ernst & Young. 

 A Wisconsin native, Jeanne was born into a food family that manufactured boxes for the state's famed cheese industry.  The parents of three grown sons, Jeanne and her husband Jerry live in Farmers Branch.  She is active as a community and church volunteer.

Belinda Bracey
Vice President of Human Resources

Belinda Bracey is Vice President of Human Resources at the North Texas Food Bank.  In her senior role, Belinda develops the strategy and execution of the agency's HR function, including recruiting, training and retaining top talent for the Food Bank.

Belinda brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience with several nonprofits - including the Girl Scouts of the USA -- to the North Texas Food Bank.  She also spent time working for the Texas State Senate in Austin.

She holds a Lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.  She and her husband Larry reside in North Dallas. Belinda is an avid college football fan, and roots especially for teams in the SEC and Big 12 conferences.

She received her bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis.
