Welcome to the New Agency Zone!
As you may notice, we've moved all Agency Zone content to the primary NTFB website! This will allow us to make edits more regularly, and we hope make the site much more useful for you, our Partner Agencies! While the old site will continue to be available for the next few months, we will no longer update that site. We encourage you to save this website link to your web-browser favorites, in place of the old Agency Zone site, beginning today.
Please Note: Beginning August 1, you will be expected to use this new site to submit your monthly reports (we will send out additional reminders prior to that date).
How to Navigate the Site – Use the menu on the left-hand side to find all the content you'll need. You'll also find that on this page, the Agency Zone Toolkit, there will be helpful information and announcements (scroll down on this page to view additional content). We encourage you to take a few minutes to explore the different pages that are featured on the left-side menu so that you are familiar with the new layout prior to any impending deadlines.
What's New – While some of the information was pulled directly from the old site, you may notice others include more robust changes. Two examples are the Recall page and the Submit a Report page. Visit those pages to learn more about what's new there.
Have a Suggestion/Question about the new Agency Zone? Let us know by emailing email@example.com.
The FDA & USDA regularly posts recall notices to its website. Our Inventory department monitors these and posts updates regularly on the Recall page of Agency Zone. We may also distribute the information via email when it applies to a product we may have received and could have distributed to agencies.
Check this list frequently for any recalled items.
